Development of Pakistan
·
Rule of Law and Unbiased system will ensure that
justice would be given to each and everyone with equal rights. It will also
help the system to make sure that no one is allowed to take law into their own
hands like killing a person who has killed your father or son etc.
·
There should be a centralized education
system where there should be no English
medium or Urdu medium school , there should be no concept of A level or Olevel .There should be one system
in which everyone should treated the same like as it is considered the one who
had done Olevels is considered superior over the one who had done Matric .Not
only this there would be no need for equivalence once those students who have completed
with the O and Alevel , there would be
no need to deduct 10% numbers from their degree .The religious knowledge should
also be provided in the classes so that to familiarize the students with their religion.
There should be no concept of even private and Govt educational sectors because
especially in Pakistan the private education sector is considered stronger then
the Govt sector education instead Govt should work together with the private
sector to provide the uniform education sector.

People should be proud when they are to speak
their own mother language or from the
areas they belong like Punjabi , Potowari , Pushto, Sindhi etc .It has been
seen that when students who go to other areas they are not comfortable with
speaking with their home language especially Potowari
, parents play a vital role in this they should encourage them to learn
other language but they shouldn’t
discourage them to speak Potowari otherwise there would be a time when
this language will be considered amongst a dead language because there would be no
one to speak this language.

There has been a lot of power shortage in Pakistan due to which our
industrial sector which include cloth making firms etc are unable to deliver
more especially in terms of exports ,our exports have been reduced because the
firms were unable to complete their order on time. For this the Govt should
work on some energy projects like dams which will not only help in making
electricity but it will also help in storing the water which will prevent scarcity
of water in future and will also make sure that areas like Tharpkar where there
is a lot of water scarcity, that stored water can be provided over there. Back
to making electricity, not only dams there are other measures through which
electricity could be make like solar energy by installing solar systems which
are pretty handy especially the solar tube wells to irrigate the lands for
growing the crops .Wind energy can be created by installing wind mills
especially around the coastal areas where the wind pressure is high enough. Usage
nuclear technology to make electricity is a wonderful idea as Pakistan itself
is a nuclear declared state.

There should be an efficient Human Resource
which would deal with recruitment & selection problems of Pakistan. A
recruitment process is completed when a interested person calls you after he
sees your ad in the newspaper like the interested teachers who want to teach at
Khan Foundation calls at Khan Foundation where as the selection process is
completed when company has selected the desired person for the job like amongst
those 5 teachers called for the post of the teacher, the lucky one gets to be
selected. This Human Resource problem can further be resolved by making corporate
contacts with other nations and industries such as Pakistan having good
relationships with Saudi Arabia have led to the one of the leading companies in
Saudi Arabia named Bin Laden to recruit most of the employees and workers from
Pakistan. During the stone age times there were only two posts on which people
could have which was to hunt or to do farming later on other types of jobs or
occupations were introduced such as painting , cooking , manager etc so the Govt should take some steps and try to
introduce some new line of jobs such as there is a painter who paint sketches of people or paint
different landscapes now a days there is a graffiti artist who is also a type
of artist but its painting is related to
3D images etc. It’s not just the responsibility of the Govt to create jobs but
it’s also the people responsibility to explore the markets and pinpoint a gap
or introduce something new which people didn’t imagined like a completely new
concept like Sony introducing Walkman (Song Player like a cassette player).

There should be proper security measures through
which the terrorism in our country would be eliminated by have a proper check
and balance near the borders especially near Pak Afghan border and Pak India
border. With availability of justice and jobs people would be too busy go into
these types of criminal activities for the sake of earning money.

There should be efficient collection of tax systems
in our country because there a lot of people and business personals,
politicians who aren’t being punished
because they aren’t paying any tax which is like a burden on our country.
·
Media channels have been given to much liberty
due to which they are posting every news whether its authentic or not but they
are showing to the people due to which tourists are afraid to come and visit
our country where as US is one of the top nations where the crimes are committed at peak but
still its media is control and thus they have no problem with tourist visiting
over there. We are not against the media liberty instead the media liberty
should only be limited to high officials and care taker of the nations who
should then act on it .
WHO (World Health Organization )

An organization which deals with global health
issues. Not long ago there was a case of Dengue in Pakistan which killed almost
a lot of people .The main reason for the spreading of the dengue disease was
clean water left in open water tanks and in the small water pools. Dengue usually strikes before the sunrise and
during Maghraib time. It breeds in the mid October till end of November. The
symptoms are red dots in the body, head ache, blood vomiting and when the
patient starts to eat extremely less than normal has a possible chance of being
infected with the Dengue disease. Those people who are showing these type of
symptoms should be immediately taken to the nearby Doctor or hospital .There
are preventive measures such as mosquito repeller, lotions, and sleeping cloth
made to prevent mosquitoes from entering. Not only that we should keep our nearby
area clean as possible like incase of a small water pond should try to fill it
with sand because it will soon be a birth place for the mosquitoes .

Pakistan is amongst the few remaining countries
where polio hasn’t been eliminated. The responsible people are the parents and
people who intentionally don’t give vaccines to their children because of false
rumors from nearby people like it contains a Haram material which is not true.
It has been also seen that some of the groups are not in favor to see polio
free Pakistan so they try to kill those polio campaigners as it had happened in
KPK province, Govt should arrange some preventive measures by eliminating those
terrorist and should also provide security to those polio campaigners.

Ebola virus is the new disease which has no cure
up till now the scientists are researching upon it to find one. The only way to
prevent this is through washing of hands with soaps properly to avoid being
infected with this type of disease.
·
There are some of the psychological diseases
which happens due to the disturbance of the mental stability like washing of
hands constantly for longer time period then the normal person would have done.
This type of disease is known as excessive compulsive disorder. There is
another psychological disease in which the person is able to see things which other people are not able
to see it like persons known as
schizophrenia .There is another type of psychological disease like the denial stage in which the people are
unable to cope with the incident that they try to push it back to their
unconsciousness like after the incident of Peshawar APS attack there is a
mother of a child who was killed in that incident but she refused to believe
and every day she comes to school in hope
to pick up her child. These type of people should be treated with care
and respect not with harsh and bullying as most of the people calls them mad
etc but the reality is if proper care is given they can overcome this problems.
Resolving Terrorism

Terrorism has given a lot of problems to
Pakistan especially its development has been reduced and secondly the budget
which could had been used in building other structures is now been used to
repair the damages caused by terrorism.
·
There are different causes of terrorism ,first
of all the Gawadar development has been halted because if the Gawadar project
is finished then there would be an economical loss to many countries such as
Dubai because their port isn’t big enough to accommodate large ships as compared
to Gawadar which would bring large trade
benefits to Pakistan .
·
Seeing the war of USA on Iraq was an economical
war because USA said that Iraq is building chemical weapons but USA hasn’t been
able to prove that. Instead a lot of oil has been cleaned from the Iraqi soil
and further more it should have developed instead it has fallen into civil war the
infrastructure is blown and people over there are divided into groups fighting
each other.

Unemployment has been seen as one of the ways
through which people gets to indulge themselves in various crimes in order to
earn. Govt should make sure that there is enough space for everyone to be
employed or launch schemes for everyone to be employed as the present Govt is
offering loans to different needy people who want to setup their own business
like cloth making firm, to purchase a Suzuki transport such as Suzuki Bolan so
that respective person can start to earn more that transport like doing a pick
and drop service for students.

Tight security at the borders will ensure that
no person is allowed to enter with permission and thus will lead to stop those
criminals who intentionally come to our country and commit these unforgivable crimes.
·
Relationships with other countries also help to
strengthen our relationship with other
countries and thus with good relations means no disturbance in each other problems
such as terrorism to stop the other country development and to put a bad image to that country name
internationally which will lead to reduced tourism and damages the country’s economy.
·
Govt should need to check the bank accounts
because terrorist need money to launch their operations so by checking and
restricting their accounts there would be no money left to fund their
operations.
·
Normally people thinks that terrorism is just a
group of unstable people killing innocent people but there is another type of
terrorism which is done by starving people to death although there is budget
and there is Govt rule .We should all read the ways how Hazrat Umar made such
an efficient Govt ruling system that there was a time when there was no one
left to claim the Zakat .
Impact of Education

It helps us to get jobs in the markets because
of accumulating and absorbing knowledge for over 12 years makes us having theoretical
knowledge of the prospect.
·
Education should be provided to both genders and
no one should be discriminated especially girls where it is said that if you
teach a boy you teach a person and if you teach a girl you teach a community.
·
If you want to be a pilot you need to educate
yourself with that knowledge like to become an engineer one must have the
degree of engineering .So its step by step process because one cannot simply do
engineering because you had to pass your matriculation and FSC or Alevel only
then you would be eligible to do engineering.
·
There should be proper education criteria
because the person who had passed FSC in engineering subjects can do BBA (Bachelor
of Business Administration) but the one who had passed FSC in business subjects
cannot do bachelors in engineering subjects. So over time this has created a
perception and it is true quite well that now you can find a large proportion
of people who had done BBA so this creates a shortage BBA jobs in the market.
This statement doesn’t means to discourage anyone who wants to do BBA its upon
the person skills and knowledge to get the job no matter what degree he/she is
doing.

Education helps us to solve things via dialogue
then through fighting.
·
Education is not costly students who strive to
study hard are able to get scholarships which will help them in getting further
without being burden on their family. Even for getting admission in high school
or university whether in Pakistan or abroad, the students who are able to score
high marks in matric and FSC are able to get to admission in universities free
or in minimal costs.
·
Education should not just consist of western
systems in our education systems, religious study should also be taught in
schools to enrich students with religious knowledge, especially the translation
of those Arabic words into Urdu or Potowari language in a form that helps
students in studying it. Allama Iqbal is our National Poet his poetry should
also be a part of our education system or else not just reading poetry interest
would be finished but we would be unable to benefits from his teachings.

There should one education system .Meaning there
should be no private or public school systems nor there should be different
types of education boards like federal board or pindi board .This will help in
starting a uniform education system where the rich son and poor son will study
together in the same school. More over Govt working with the private sector
will ensure creativity and development in the education system.
Safety of Humans ,Safety and Health
·
Safety of humans is categorized in food, water, earning
and work protection etc.
·
Most of the workers or employees are recruited
from Pakistan to work in the Bin Laden company in Saudi Arabia. So over there
it is the responsibility of the Bin Laden Company to give its employees and
workers proper shelter ,give its workers a proper access to clean waters ,
provide them with safety kits so that they can work safely which include safety boots ,safety hats and
other equipments. They should also provide them with a doctor so that he can
check his health like Kohinoor in Rawalpindi have opened a clinic ,in their
factory which provide free checkups to the workers over there and ensure that
they are healthy as a horse.

Human security is not limited just limited to
health safety it’s also related to environment factors such as elimination of
deforestation which will make sure that there is fresh air for us to breath,
there are trees there to prevent soil erosion especially in hill areas like
Murree, Abbotabad, Swat etc there is soil erosion which leads to road blockage etc.
·
Prevention from drugs like Niswaar
,Cigarette ,Gutka and other harmful
drugs which damages the lungs and other important organs of the body .It is the
responsibility of the Govt and the citizens too to prevent people from smoking
at public places like schools , parks etc .Even though if one is not smoking are you are standing to that nearby smoker then you are also doing passive
smoking which is indirect smoking of drugs it can equally damage your body
organs is it is doing to the person who is smoking.

Security is an important factor and is a vital
duty of the Govt which includes security forces such as police .It is the duty
of the police to arrest the criminals, to enforce law and security in the
community.
·
Another aspect of environmental security is the measures
which would ensure less traffic accidents and loss of lives. Driving test
should be made compulsory for all drivers to drive on the roads and it is the
responsibility of the Govt to make sure that driving test is done on merit
bases not only that the traffic wardens
pay should be high enough to motivate them to not take the bribe. Driving test
should consist of both theoretical and practical knowledge and should be done
only at day but it should be conducted at night too make sure that drivers are
able to see properly at night and show their same driving skills which they are
able to show while driving in the day. There should be more recruitment for the
traffic wardens so that they are available at most of the chowks to ensure
traffic continuous movement. Moreover cameras should be installed at every chowk
and street to monitor the traffic movement.
Pollution
·
Destroying the natural habitat of the
environment. Destroying Ozone Layer leading to more exposure of sun harmful rays
which causes skin cancer etc. Ice Bergs are melting which are raising the water
level of oceans and rivers leading of drowning of the land near coastal areas
are an increase risk like tsunami etc. Changing of weather is also destroying
the environment like areas like where there was a lot of rainfall like 5 times
a year now it is only raining for 2 times a year, rivers are changing their directions,
crops are not given water on time, extreme cyclones, and tsunamis are becoming a
trend now. In some parts of China people are forced to wear oxygen marks
because of polluted especially after the increase transport and the carbon
dioxide released from them the environment is becoming polluted more and more.
Less plantation and increased cutting of trees is also polluting
the environment as a moral responsibility it’s not just the Govt responsibility
it’s the citizen responsibility too to
plant a tree or a plant which will enrich the environment with oxygen which is
beneficial to the environment. We know that oil and petrol are basic need for
development of the nations but there are alternative methods to remove the
pollution such as introduction of hybrid cars and CNG cars. Not only this
companies Like Suzuki should take this as a responsibility and not just stick
to euro2 because the world is running cars on like euro 12 and with in limited
and low cost whey should introduce this fuel efficient methods in their cars ,
Suzuki should emphasize on quality and
development not on quantity only and this holds other car companies too because
profit making isn’t going to increase unless and until they start spending
according to customers’ needs.

Pollution is of various types like one of it is
water pollution .Water pollution causes polluting the water through various
harmful chemicals which are bad for
health .Factories are the main source for polluting the water by secreting harmful chemicals into the
water which should have been treated properly first then secreted into the
water which is normally not done and that same chemicals go through water to
rivers ,to water drinking pots and finally in our stomach which leads diarrhea and other diseases. Govt
and citizens should take action against these types of industries because our
lives are not as cheap as their products.

Air pollution another cause of destroying the
environment. Air pollution is also caused by the factories and the bricks
making bahttas are also a source of air pollution, at least they should put a
air filter over there chimney to avoid spreading of harmful chemicals in the
air.
·
Noise pollution is also an important source of
pollution which includes horn with high intensity sounds which can damage a
person hearing ability and cause depression in our mind.
·
Pollution
is not just limited to water , air and sound , it s our duty to
clean our nearby environment at least neat and tidy and which not only includes
our own houses but the streets and roads because if we don’t do this we would
bring the same dirt back at our homes via our shoes and cars etc.
