Every body eyes are lurking over one thing election 2013 which is scheduled at 11th May2013.This not just a day to vote but to  make an important decision regarding who is going to take the whole country fate in his/her own hand for the following years.The expectation of the people's are not different from what viewer is thinking which is the removal of or at least the duration of load shedding whether it is of gas or electricity because it effects the whole chain from people sitting at home, people at work, people standing in long queue  for getting their car refilled with gas and even petrol,tailors whose business depend upon the sewing machines which are definitely run upon electricity,when there is high load shedding customers are in no favor of paying money to the tailor .The tailor wage has no money to pay his/her rent both of business and at home ,unable to to eat 2 times a day, unable to send his children to school for education due to school's high fees and fake promise education not every one but some of them do.This is not just the story of the tailor its the story of almost every one .I mean people get agitated ,they are psychology disturbed and began to get angry at all times.So looking this environment many parties are claiming to "vanish " load shedding in limited time period ,reduce the inflation, will provide promising future with good job and education etc etc some of the parties includes Pakistan People's Party (PPP) the current ruling government and are represented by an arrow ,Pakistan Tehreek _E_ Insaf and are represented by bat like cricket bat,Pakistan Muslim League Noon are represented by a tiger.let's hope for the best.

Stress

Stress is a feeling which holds a lot of pressure and strain. It is both helpful and harmful to one.

Helpful in a way that it motivates a person to do his/her work on time for example the stress was the biggest factor in helping us to do our assignment on time and also not forgetting the consequences of losing marks .Negative stress includes depression, anxiety and an urge of doing work on time  but sometimes too much urge or motivation is dangerous especially due to some external factor people failed to do  achieve their goals although they were going according to their plan. For example due to electricity load shedding Ali couldn’t save his work on the PC whilst it was complete. It becomes a chain of events like people tend to get away from their friends like becoming alone which itself. Excessive amount of stress also leads to diseases in our body which includes clinical depression, cardiovascular disease and human immunodeficiency virus or in other words (HIV)The clinical depression people tend to get sloe I meant they don’t function actively as they used to do, it changes their eating habit, studies get disturbed,eating habits and interaction with people changes with the effect of it. If it increases it can lead people to suicide. It can be helped by getting proper treatment and giving that patient

 a proper clean environment free of tension so that they can enjoy .The cardiovascular disease is related to heart and is itself divided into many segments or you can probably call its sub parts.

The first on is congenital heart disease it includes malformation of the structures of the hearts  which may be inherited or due to some other environmental factors. It includes heart abnormal valves and chambers. The factor includes mother taking drugs, alcohol and mothers with infectious disease known “rubella” also known as German measles. Not to forgetting the mothers with diet deficiencies and poor intake of vital nutrients. The other one is known as coronary heart disease which is caused by narrowing vessel of blood vessels. which is caused by tobacco, inherited ‘problems’ poor intake etc.The HIV is  weakening of immune system and allows life threatening generation of infectious diseases.

External factors also contribute a lot especially as now a days with growing societies and  a little development it has effected a lot of people socially like traffic jams can project a stressful image in a person forcing him to get trapped in a stress maybe due to this traffic jam he/she may get late to work ,few months back due to gas load shedding in Pakistan has caused women especially to wake up early in the morning to make food for the family similarly for this same load shedding even now a day’s car owners are stressed to get into long queues of filling gas to their cars and have to wait up till hours to  to get  their  this also raises opportunity cost assessment which is sacrificing an another thing for the work you are doing  right now like I had the choice of eating either a”paratha” or “nan” with the egg but I chose nan .Those car owners would be in stress as before this load shedding the work they could have done b y the time they serve in standing in the queue now they have to do on urgent basis which would cutting their time for leisure as they would have served otherwise.

The following are the terms used to define as how individuals cope with the stress.

*Affiliation=It involves trying to get involved in a society or a group for support in order to get  a                                  little  distracted from the stress.

*Positive reappraisal=Diverting a person  mind towards good things like playing mind games like  “luddo” ,”tash” etc.

*Passive aggression= Individuals dealing with stress in a hostile manner.

There is often some psychological situations which are related to flight or fight situation in which there is an extreme adrenaline rush, pupil dilation increase heart beat, and constriction of veins etc. For example getting chased by a crazy dog or get into a random fight over an issue etc.

There are different kinds of stressors which contribute in stress.

*Catastrophes=It is unpredictable like earthquake and tsunami etc in which an individual loses his personal possessions or may lose his dear one also seeing an environment fill with unbearable view can also contribute to stress.

*Major life events=Events like child birth, marriage, college graduation can lead to both positive and negative stress. For example birth of a child contributes happily but for example the father who is a the only earner of the house now has to work hard and start to save more money for his child for his education ,for his food etc. College graduation positive stress is the person getting a degree finally after spending a lot of money and time. Negative stress  would be finding the right job or right institution which fits your need both in education and financially and also checking the other environmental factors like faculty, location etc.

*Daily hassles also known as minor stressors=They are day to day stressors which are common in every one like making assignment on time ,going to university, traffic jams  etc

Managing stressor is a major issue different people apply different criteria to handle stress like some people smoke ,do drinking to tackle stress for a time being ,that is why it is also an another factor of a lot of drinking bars being opened in west so that every day people  come to tackle their stress which is bad because in long term it tends to increase stress even by harming the body as mentioned above regarding the diseases created by it, but the most efficient way to deal with stress is to play sports like football, fustal, cricket etc .Exercises like yoga, jogging  also help a lot in dealing with stress .

Life is full events which will force a person willingly or unwillingly to develop into negative or positive stress, my point is to try to fulfill the life commitments by also giving time for stress relieving activities also noting the point that stress also effect others life just like a virus try not to ruin it.

After reading this case study we have come to the point that jot financial position is very well especially when looking at its 5 year plan the revenue is increasing along with its sales. However there are some ethical issues especially like JOT is not applying CE stands for certified experts which we are reject it, to us the main reason JOT is not using it is because of it might decrease its sales especially its sophisticated toys like spaceships whish had many incidents reported ,marking CE means adding more investment and jot already is on  heavy loan beside its sales and profit also increasing year by year. Technologies and research should be done side by side with knowing the long side competition .As a suggestion which I suggest to JOT is to be brave and ask its retailers or its 7 main sellers of its toys to make early payment as by reading the case study it should of 60 days delayed time of payment this might also decrease its payment to raw material suppliers and  one step backwards in paying loans other then this JOT  hasn’t realized that it might be losing money with this much delay for example like inflation being increased 1$ value will be inferior after some days then today , not only that by getting payment early and keeping it in account JOT could actually have some more money with interest rates .I myself did a little internship in bank while over there I found out the universities getting a lot of money added after their students submitted their fees with interest added after being submitted. The flying spaceship fault to us is not the fault of the designer as the product was good but a little research like this could e good especially like having improved insulation before it was launched. They should more focus on testing its product before it is launched , on specific group of customers just like sampling to getting aware of problems and likes and dislikes regarding the product  .If the product after conducting a survey shows the increase interest of customers in this spaceship then they should definitely invest on it to improve it. Also they should focus on their literature ,according to us it should be small and precise and more informative rather nowadays there is still that old tradition going on sending a lot of pages literature along with a lot of writing , honestly most of the people don't read that full writing  literature regarding the product  beside this there should be only  small and only minimal literature like 5 to 6 sentences like telling how to operate it . This also is a ethical issue  Gull had made its contract with JOT  so  no matter what it should have fulfilled it seriously .After reading this sentence that Gull is rumored to be prioritizing high margin orders  made me think that this guy can change its mind like a n arrow changing its direction when offered high money sorry to say but that's my perception only .On the other hand it is also written rumored  this means its still not confirmed so as a operational director Michael Warner should have a brief talk with Gull getting a knowing of the problems he is facing in the phase while selling  JOT'S products .Dialogue should be given preference at this time until at a point by having some compromise made by both of the parties. By the way looking at the unethical way I was thinking of bribing Gull if he is facing some financial problems so that he could at least deliver our product's on time . Looking at the prospectus of near shoring in Voldania is a nice preference .First of all  looking at the wage rates China wage rates are inflating at a more high speed then  that of Voldania  like compare 12% of China wage rate to that of Voldania which is 2% .I we do some calculations we can see that initially China's wage rate would still be lower then  Voldania's for some years . like this:-China wage rate after a year would be 1.75 pound multiply it with inflation rate per year which is 12%  and then add it again to 1.75 . The answer would be 1.96 pound. In Voldania the wage rate after a year would be 5 pound multiply it to its wage rate per year which is 2 % then again add it with 5 pound the answer would be 5.1 pound still higher then China's wage rate . This wage rate would higher for some years and would definitely make China wage rate to increase in compare with Voldania's wage rate. But looking at the distribution cost ,and production especially keeping in mind  the increasing cost of crude oil Voldania is the better option to choose opt for .The factor which I have in my mind is enough for me to say this decision to be better is incident cost there might be some case when GOD  forbid the transportation plane ,car might and in a disaster .What if the plane is ready to deliver the material to the company but  it is not flying due to bad weather .What about theft if using the means of land transports like tucks passing through areas might pose a high risk of being robbed .The most important cost is that of  time .Is the company willing to sacrifice its time for short term labor minimal charges .Delay in time might divert the  customers especially customers who are like problem child or cash cow if you understand what I mean to say.  Other then that to me Jot should also do spend some budget in advertising its toys affiliating its toys with charity organized events like telethon to help children summing funds to help them .They also introduce stuff toys which are also well appreciated all across the world especially with girls like my relative and friends house their rooms with bunch of stuff toys. Stuff toys are not for specified age like  3-5 or 5-9 its has a longer limit even toys like smart phones apps which are originally introduced for 9-11 years old age group but still many adults use it although their age is such that they should not use it. There should more focus on it seriously because these groups only sound great in theory but in practical it is way too different its like a whole new market ready to be explored .Man adults want to use small children or under age children toys but they are shy to use it because people will make fun of them due to the prescribed age limit on the toy.          

Nature vs Nurture in personality development

Nature helps that a person is naturally born with that talent and so doesn’t need any environment to develop any skill like Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, Sabri brothers etc.These singers come under the list of natural singers but if you look at nurture according its definition it says that it provides certain environment to a person that helps to reshape its skill like Pakistan cricket team hired a bowling coach Waseem Akram to improve the bowling quality of the bowlers which includes the pace etc.

There are different theories which help in describing it more efficiently. The first one is the social cognitive theory it explains that people can learn through modeling and observation of the environment like showing how to make a chicken biryani in a random channel helps to make audience to perfect the skills or at least be able to make chicken biryani. It is also not too simple because it requires factors like attention, motivation retention which is the ability to store the information being provided, later on to produce the same result as expected or shown by that chef making biryani on the channel. The other one is the trait theories which actually describe the characteristics of a personality. like the Cardinal traits it is related to the qualities that a person that dominates his/her life for the whole life and their nicknames are also formed with those similar characteristics like I would give you my home country example Pakistan over here one of my friend has been nick named “SHANA” because of its quality of cleverness in tackling different scenarios like telling a lie in convincing a teacher to mark its absent into a leave or present. Another one is also similar and shows the basic characteristics of the person that sticks to him for the rest of his life . For example my friend Ali is shy in matters of talking to girl's .The third trait is related to the emotions which are related to attitude or even shown at certain occasions like getting impatient while standing in queue etc.

In psychoanalytical theory it is said that childhood experiences have a lot of effect in changing a person behavior for example a person bitten by a dog in childhood would have an impact on him that he would be afraid in going near to a dog.

Another theory is related to Kohlberg's theory of moral development which relates to say right or wrong depending upon individual needs and also looking it as an overall aspect of the society. Taking the same example quoted by Mr. Kohlberg of Mr. Heinz whose wife was ill and so he broke into the druggist house and stole the drug because the drug made by him was too expensive .He put this example in front of the children in order to know their decisions. The conclusion of this theory is that even though society may think of Mr. Heinz as a criminal but it was not in his nature rather then nurturing made him to do.
