 ABSTRACT                                                                               

 

 

Work issues are encountered in various parts of our lives in which a person has to do things as what economist call as opportunity cost .

This is the stage where person has to sacrifice a moment of its life to attain the other one.

In this research it's mainly focused on one of the biggest problem which is between the working life partners and the other being the employee and the boss.

 In the research it is shown that these partners tend to break because they are not good in sharing equal time with family and the office :the other part if the employee tend to be fired if he/she doesn't abide by the rule such as discipline etc.

BETWEEN PARTNERS

According to the research working life partners tend to have more strain and stress then a normal one due to the less sharing of the time with each other .Not only this causes loneliness and feeling of frustration between each other which as a result causes arguments and fights for the reason of dividing responsibility ,for example like picking and dropping children's from home to school , taking them to park or even having a family time to be spend together is hard for parents its hard for each of them to give their children some good time.

In today's economy with population becoming unlimited and jobs limited it is hard to find a job , especially a job with a good income to survive.

Love is a union with somebody, or something, outside oneself, under the condition of retaining the separateness and integrity of one's own self. It is an experience of sharing, or communing, which permits the full unfolding of one's own inner activity.

When sharing and interaction is missing due to work , it's mostly going to end in disasters like divorce etc.

SOLUTION

By sending text during breaks and calling can calm the situation .Try to avoid business talk and stay on the light part :one having low stress. Send or leave  flowers, gifts for your loved one's as a surprise so that  both of the partners are attentive towards each other. Try to spend your rest days by spending it with family and enjoying by going out to park etc. Doing these type of work would surely helps to maintain a healthy relationship with money and family along side.

BETWEEN EMPLOYER AND EMPLOYEE                                   

During there are moments when due to some misunderstanding or due to any disturbance this clash occurs. But we should also understands that a boss is the one who runs the company in the best category for the company as it is said :                                                   " I've always found that the speed of the boss is the speed of the  team.''(lee lacocca) .

The source of clash results from the source disobeying of boss commands for example unable to complete a project within the given deadline. Doing a lot of absentees or showing a opposed disciplinary behavior towards the management creating problems and unrest amongst the rest of the employees for example not fulfilling your full responsibilities as your group members  are. For those employees this saying is always true.

" When boss is away ,work is holiday"(Portuguese quote's)

SOLUTION

Try to be calm and work to the code of conduct and discipline prescribed by the boss .like making sure to come on time etc. Compliment your boss actions which have done a positive effect on the company. Always suggest rather then applying command approach as don’t forgot who's playing who's role etc. Approach one of your colleague who is more close to your boss like a favorite one of boss and ask him for tips to improve your reputation in front of boss.

SURVEY

Did a survey amongst 25 peoples , asking them a single question which was :

Does work issues have positive effect on our lives?

Out of 25 ,18 choose no whilst the rest of them agreed to that statement.

This survey included 19 boys and 6 girls.

Note this survey does not count for all of the people .
